Dear Patients,
It has been a true honour and a privilege to care for you and your loved ones over the past few years at Mango Medical Clinic. Building these relationships with you has been the most rewarding part of my practice, and I am writing today to share some news about the next chapter of my professional journey.
Starting June 1, 2026, I will be moving my practice to Sage Medical Centre in New Westminster. While I am excited about this new beginning, my priority remains the continuity of your care. I would be delighted to continue seeing you at this new location, and I have included the clinic details below for your convenience:

If you choose to remain in my care, the transition will be seamless. Starting in June 2026, you can simply call Sage Medical Centre to book your appointments. As my patient, your medical records will be transferred to the new clinic automatically and at no cost to you, ensuring we can pick up right where we left off.
I understand that a change in location may not work for everyone. Because your primary attachment is to me personally rather than the Mango Medical Clinic, you will no longer be able to seek care at Mango Medical after May 31, 2026.
If you decide to find a physician closer to home, I encourage you to begin that search as soon as possible. You can contact your local Division of Family Practice (e.g., the Burnaby Division if you are a local resident) or visit BCCFP’s “Find a Family Doctor” for helpful resources.
Important Details for the Transition
Lab & Imaging Results: For any tests completed after May 31, please ensure results are sent to your new doctor. If you haven’t found a new provider by then, you are welcome to book a “Walk-In” appointment with me at Sage Medical Centre so we can review them together. Please note that my colleagues at Mango Medical will not be able to review these results with you.
Standing Orders: If you have ongoing requisitions, please request new ones from your future physician to ensure they can provide the necessary follow-up.
Medical Records: A copy of your history will remain securely at Mango Medical per provincial regulations, but it will not be updated after I leave. If you move to a different provider, you can request a full transfer of these records to them (at the standard transfer cost) by providing a signed request form.
Please note that there will be no changes to my current practice or schedule until May 31, 2026.
