We offer online booking for attached patients only. (Attached patients are patients who are registered with a family doctor at our clinic.)
If you have recently gave birth, please call our office as we need to create your newborn’s file before you can book online for them. **Please do not book under your own name for your newborn.**

- We do not offer any type of bookings for walk-in patients since our walk-in service closed on February 2023.
- You must be physically in BC in order to book your appointment. Doctors in BC are not permitted to provide medical advice to patients outside of BC.
- If you have any medical concerns or questions regarding travel advice or vaccinations, please go to a travel clinic. Our doctors do not provide travel-related advice.
- If you are booking a telemedicine appointment with a doctor that offers video call appointments, please use the Doxy link available under the “Telemedicine/Video Call” tab for your virtual appointment. Please do not use the Cortico link that’s emailed to you.
- Our clinic has a $60.00 late cancellation / no show fee for appointments cancelled less than 24 business hours in advance or if you do not show up for the appointment.
- Please be aware that doctors may run behind on their schedule, so please be patient.
- If you missed your scheduled phone appointment, please call our office. You may be advised to re-book your appointment.
- Appointments booked online or by phone can be cancelled via Cortico or by calling the clinic at 778-379-4392 during regular business hours. Appointments can be cancelled online via using the link you receive via email a minimum of 24 business hours in advance of the appointment.
- If you have a family doctor at our clinic, but do not have a valid BC Care Card number, please call our clinic to book your appointment.
- You must be registered under a doctor at Mango Medical in order to book online. If you recently had your intake appointment with our doctor and could not book online, please call our office at 778-379-4392 and we can assist you. If you were registered as a walk-in patient, you cannot use this service since we closed our walk-in service.
- If you are experiencing any issues or have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office during regular office hours.
