All of our rates are subject to GST. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All rentals include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Use of two exam rooms, with printers and computers in each room, from 9am to 5pm<\/li><li>1 front desk space for your own MOA<\/li><li>Access to our <a href=\"http:\/\/mangomedical.ca\/cowork\/features\/\">equipment, supplies, and shared spaces<\/a>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Rentals do NOT include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Use of our MOA time, including answering your phone calls, patient check in, or preparation. On-the-day MOA coverage may be negotiated with an additional fee. <\/li><li>Use of our phones and fax machine: to avoid confusion, you have to maintain your own phone and fax number (eg. VoIP phone app and e-Fax such as SRFax) for your business for both incoming and outgoing calls and faxes <\/li><li>Use of our payment processing system. You may want to use services such as Square if you wish to accept credit card payments<\/li><li>We do not wish to host a physical walk-in clinic, all of the patients seen should be by appointment only<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pay-Per-Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Great for sporadic users who need a medical working space infrequently<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>$400\/day flat rate daily rental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Monthly rates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our best rates for full time users <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>$5,000\/month, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Annual Membership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For part-time users who want to rent our space on a regular basis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>$6500\/year membership fee + $250\/day in the clinic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extra services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Full time mail\/parcel receiving for your business&nbsp;<\/li><li>Monitored and temperature logged refrigerator space for your private vaccines or botox supplies&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We offer 3 flexible pricing options.
